Popular televangelist, Pastor Olabode Odunayo (a.k.a Baba Love) was on Tuesday involved a fatal motor accident at Gbongan in Osun State.
Though the man of God survived the accident and had been placed on admission at the Intensive Care Unit of the University College Hospital (UCH), as a result of the injuries he sustained, two of his aides who were travelling with him when the accident occurred were not so lucky, as they reportedly died on the spot.
General Overseer of the Love of Christ Global Bible Church, with headquarters in Ibadan was rushed to the hospital by policemen from Gbongan Division in Osun State in critical condition, while the bodies of the two aides had been deposited at the hospital mortuary.
It was gathered that some members kept vigil throughout Tuesday, monitoring the situation.
Love of Christ Global Bible Church with headquarters at Sawmill/Old Ife-Road area of Ibadan was established by Pastor Odunayo about 15 years ago, with the mission of spreading love among the people as directed by God.
